  7. about elected and appointed officials. After they leave the
  8. Government, they should not be allowed to earn anything from
  9. dealings involving it.

  14. investigation of HUD. Consultants like James Watt should have
  15. to submit itemized statements justifying the exorbitant fees
  16. paid them. When people complain about welfare cheaters at the
  17. bottom, they need to be reminded that there are plenty of
  18. rascals at the top.
